Ignite Parts Policies

1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (direct downloads), we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. Please ensure to review product details carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

2. Physical Products: All sales of physical parts are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. Order Cancellations: Order cancellations are only possible if the product has not been shipped. In the event of an order cancellation, a transaction fee of 3% of the total amount plus a fixed charge of $0.30 will be deducted from the refund. For example, for an order costing $100, a refund amount of $96.70 will be processed after deduction of the applicable fees.
