Ordering and Payments

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: Order cancellations are possible only if the product has not been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Note that a transaction fee of 2.9% of the total amount plus a fixed charge of $0.30 will be deducted from the refund. For example, for an order costing $100, a refund amount of $96.80 will be processed after deduction of the applicable fees.

A: Due to the nature of digital products (direct downloads), we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. Please review product details carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Physical Products

Q: Can I return a physical part I purchased?
